The appointment form on the site does not store your information. The full name, phone number, service of interest and optional note you enter are used solely to prepare a ready-made message in WhatsApp. When you send the message, this information reaches us via WhatsApp.

Skin analysis images and your statements about your state of health are special categories of personal data and are processed only with your explicit consent.

Your data is processed for the purposes of scheduling and confirming your appointment, determining your care plan, keeping track of your session history and fulfilling statutory retention obligations. If you give your consent, it is also used to inform you about promotional offers.

The processing is based on the following legal grounds: the establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), the data controller's legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and, for special categories of data, explicit consent (Art. 6/2).

Your personal data may be transferred to service providers within Turkey that supply our appointment and accounting infrastructure and, upon a lawful request, to authorized public institutions and organizations. No data is transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Appointment and communication records are retained for the limitation periods laid down in the relevant legislation; records that form part of commercial books and documents are retained for 10 years. At the end of these periods the data is erased, destroyed or anonymized.

Under Art. 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose, to request that it be corrected if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately and erased if the conditions for erasure are met, and to object where the processing produces a result to your detriment.
