Why does the trial matter?
How your hair holds the style, how the makeup shades look in different light and how the veil works with the hair are all tried out in advance. The photographs and notes we take at the trial help us prepare the same look on the wedding day more calmly and in better order.
Checked in different light
Makeup can look different under salon lighting and in photographs. At the trial we compare photographs taken in daylight and with flash, and adjust the color and intensity of the makeup accordingly.
The wedding-day plan
We plan your preparation time by working backward from the time of the civil ceremony or the wedding ceremony. Together we settle how long is needed for hair, makeup, getting dressed and the final checks.

How does a session work?
The main steps of a session are set. Timing and details may vary with your needs, the area and the service.

Consultation
We talk about the wedding's theme, your dress and your veil, and look through the hair and makeup images you like together.

Trial
Hair and makeup are done from start to finish. Photographs are taken in daylight and with flash, and the details are noted down.

Wedding day
The look approved at the trial is recreated from the notes.

15 min
Check
Before you leave, hair and makeup are checked one last time. If needed, we explain small touch-ups you can do yourself during the day.

If you would like any changes after the trial, let us know before the wedding day.
Complete any skin care you are planning ahead of the wedding at least 10 days before the wedding day.
