Color may take more than one session
Going from dark hair to a light shade cannot always be completed safely in a single appointment. We assess the hair's resilience with a strand test and, if necessary, split the color change into stages. Before we start, we explain the likely result and the process clearly.
Plant-based color and free care
We work with plant-based dyes and with color options suited to clients prone to allergies. If you have a sensitivity, tell us when you book so that we can choose the color accordingly. Hair care is included with every color service, at no extra charge.
Not every head of hair needs the same care
Alongside keratin care we offer nano botox, straightening botox and shaping botox; none of these is necessary for every head of hair. We look at your hair's elasticity, its history and what it needs, and recommend only the care we think will benefit it.

Things to keep in mind

After coloring, wait 48 hours before washing your hair for the first time.
Use a gentle shampoo made for colored hair.
Use a heat protectant before blow-drying or curling.
Do not wait more than 6 weeks for a root touch-up.
